Ross Morley-Jepson
Co-Founder & CEO
Ross is an investment analyst with experience spanning credit structuring, financial modelling, public markets, venture capital, and private equity.
He currently works at Altvest Capital, now operating as Africa Bitcoin Corporation, Africa's first listed Bitcoin treasury company, where he has contributed to multi-sector funding transactions and the enhancement of digital workflows that streamline onboarding and investment analysis processes.
Ross holds a BCom in Finance and is completing his BCom (Hons) in Economic Analysis of Financial Markets at the University of Cape Town, where he also served as Vice President of the UCT Investment Society (2024).
At Flush, Ross leads business strategy, partnerships, and financial planning, ensuring commercial discipline and long-term scalability.

Luke Payne
Co-Founder & CTO
Luke is a software engineer specializing in full-stack development, systems architecture, and applied AI tools.
He currently works at Zeam, focusing on building scalable digital infrastructure and intelligent automation systems. His previous experience at Afrihost and existing experience at Zeam involved IT infrastructure support, web applications, and large-scale software deployments across consumer and enterprise environments.
Luke holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Stellenbosch University, where his thesis explored LLM-based Python tutoring systems using static code analysis and adaptive hint generation, reflecting a strong focus on human-centered software design.
At Flush, Luke leads product development, integrations, and technical strategy, ensuring a reliable, data-driven platform that enhances how golf clubs and golfers connect.
